About the Role
Key Responsibilities
· Define and design innovative suspension product concepts based on user needs and market requirements
· Conduct user research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis for automotive components
· Develop product concepts, layouts, and design solutions (2D/3D) with a focus on usability, performance, and manufacturability
· Collaborate with engineering teams (CAD/CAE) to translate concepts into detailed designs
· Ensure optimal ride performance, durability, and customer experience in product design
· Work on product lifecycle management from concept to production release
· Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and validation planning (DVP/PVP)
