About The Role

This role supports the Product Team in managing end-to-end processes across all product lines. The focus is on ensuring product data accuracy, supplier coordination, and the timely execution of product launches while maintaining critical reports and meeting key deadlines.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Support end-to-end product management processes to meet timelines and launch dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product details, pricing, samples, and production timelines.
• Create, update, and maintain product data templates ensuring accuracy in ERP systems (MYOB Advanced).
• Manage product data requirements for key customers.
• Track, receive, and manage product samples.
• Raise and follow up supplier claims to ensure proper resolution.
