Product Associate - Staff

The Product Associate for Teachers’ Loans provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Product Officer. The role assists in the development and implementation, and monitoring of loan, ensuring smooth execution of product/program processes, customer journeys, and daily business operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• College Graduate preferably with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a product support, customer service role or its equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple deadlines systematically
