- Print or Scan Contracts and related attachments
- Contact and coordinate prospecting vendors owner or representative related to accreditation process and/or for contracts signing/agreement
- Contact and coordinate accredited vendors owner or representative related to updated permits and/or contracts renewal
- Interact with internal & external customers where required
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support Operational Procurement management.
