About the Role
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the Team Lead, Customer & Product Training will establish and lead the company’s product training initiatives for both customers and internal teams. You will design and deliver scalable training programs that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and internal product enablement, helping ensure over 300 customers across North America successfully deploy and maximize the company’s technology.
