This role sits at the core of product decision‐making, turning user behavior and platform data into clear, actionable insights that guide product strategy and roadmap priorities.
You will analyze how customers interact with a complex SaaS platform, identifying adoption patterns, friction points, and retention signals that directly influence product evolution.
Working closely with Product leadership and cross‐functional teams, you will help ensure decisions are grounded in data rather than assumptions.
