Job Title: Product Analyst
Salary: £30k + Bonus scheme
Location: Hybrid/Remote - UK/Europe based
PPAYA is a UK-facing renewable energy matching and trading marketplace operating within the UK regulated electricity market. We're building a complex, domain-heavy product for the UK energy market and are hiring a Product Analyst to own product refinement end-to-end. You'll talk to UK customers, shape flows, and translate what you learn into clear specs and designs, that the engineering team can build from.
This is a customer-facing, output-oriented role. You'll work directly with the CTO/founder and have real ownership over the front end of our product process, from we should talk to X about Y through to the user stories and Figma flows that go into the next sprint.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Run customer discovery and user research calls with UK customers, surfacing needs, validating ideas and synthesising findings
