The Procurement Staff is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for the company or organization, ensuring that all purchases are delivered thru:
- Zero (0) material shortages due to undelivered items
- 100% encoding of Ven bill in NetSuite
Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
- 3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
- With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- With Planning and Project and Management Skills
- Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad
