Procurement Sourcing Execution

To execute and control Procurement operations across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), ensuring timely and compliant processing in line with HSBC policy and local regulatory requirements. The role provides dedicated support to the Head of Procurement and COO, strengthening governance, controls, MI/reporting and risk management across third-party and intragroup agreements. * Vendor Set Up oversight (onboarding, documentation and compliance checks). * S2C execution and governance, including Genpact oversight and weekly performance/issue review. * Drive PO compliance and adherence to globally approved S2C process standards. * Monthly KRIs control and reporting, with escalation and remediation follow-up. * Support key business/supplier escalations and audit queries (internal/external). * Support local Procurement projects (e.g., Tax Reform implementation, contract renegotiations, external audit review, new vendor transition). * TPRM oversight for High/Very High vendors, i...
