Job Description
- Apply strategic sourcing best practices
- Lead vendor negotiation, commercial proposal evaluation and alignment
- Perform PR audits for policy compliance, accuracy, and completeness
- Ensure adherence to procure-to-pay policy and processes in vendor selection
- Identify and lead cost savings opportunities
- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, availability, delivery, and qualification requirements
- Drafts and edits commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, costing templates, terms and conditions, etc.)
- Assist in facilitating supplier performance reviews
- Perform cost analysis such as benchmarking market price and identifying price trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
