Job Description
- Driving growth of the CRM platform
- Developing digital strategies to facilitate access to markets from both beneficiaries looking to access measured entities and from measured entities looking to find procurement partners
- Applying ongoing thought as to how to build and enhance the CRM framework through creative & practical solutions and value-adds that fit within the B-BBEE codes
- Ongoing communication with the company’s investors, beneficiaries and suppliers
- Building bespoke Supplier Development Plans for company investors
- Building & maintaining metrics to track system growth & forecast
- Developing presentations & presenting to the team, clients and other stakeholders
- Creating / reviewing weekly performance tracking reports
- Supporting other teams in the fund when required (likely in areas outside of your typical daily role)
