Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize the value received from the suppliers to meet the company objectives
- Works with each business unit to lead centralized sourcing and procurement efforts
- Works with the internal stakeholder from initial need identification to procurement strategy definition and implementation
- Drives supply analysis/strategy supplier identification sourcing contract negotiation and suppliers performance management and improvement
- Delivers cost savings opportunities to the organization and assist in developing commodity strategy
- Supports/Manages team capability build up by coaching and leading the team
- Creation and management of short mid and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any
