About the Role
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes covering polymer raw materials (PP, PE) and formulation additives, technical materials, spare parts and MRO, contract manufacturing suppliers and technical components, as well as consumables and packaging materials.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with company cost, quality, and supply continuity targets.
- Monitor global polymer markets and price benchmarks (e.g., ICIS, LOR) and manage index-based purchasing strategies.
- Conduct global supplier research, qualification, and performance evaluation.
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, minimum order quantities, and supply conditions.
- Develop alternative suppliers and materials to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization.
- Closely monitor raw material price trends, freight costs, currency fluctuations, and customs regulations.
