About the Role
The Procurement Executive is responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities for wastewater treatment projects & reuse systems, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Assist in procurement activities as per project procurement plans, BOQs, drawings and technical specifications
- Support sourcing of process equipment, mechanical items, electrical & instrumentation materials , consumables and services required
- Assist in preparation and issuance of PRFs to approved vendors
- Collect, compile, and tabulate vendor quotations for comparison & ISO compliance
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers for technical clarifications and approvals
