About the Role

**Job Summary:**

Works independently to update procurement systems and coordinates approval and control of procurement activities. Coordinates and assigns daily tasks to team members. Provides support to sourcing and finance teams globally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Proactively contacts suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation, and enable suppliers in procurement systems. Lead identification/resolution of minor supplier invoice and payment issues. Support completion, closure, and recording activities for various contracts and other supplier documentation. Prepare documentation for sourcing events. Initiate and coordinate work delivering results in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals.
