- Establish, monitor, and enforce supplier delivery SLAs, with a strong focus on OTIF (On‑Time In‑Full) performance.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery timelines and business operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and timely resolution of operational bottlenecks.
- Investigate and resolve supplier‑related discrepancies, including delivery, pricing, quantity, and operational issues.
