Responsibilities

• Follow up on procurement packages and strategies with a strong focus on cost reduction and value creation.
• Conduct market screening to identify cost‑effective suppliers and solutions.
• Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering.
• Perform commercial evaluations of quotations and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage variation handling, risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
• Ensure all activities comply with established guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
• Continuously work on improvements to reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
