Location: Budapest, Hungary Procurement Administrator Job Summary Ensure the supply chain needs of the company
Cooperate with other departments regarding procurement needs
Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluate and keep contact with them
Work with domestic and foreign suppliers
Sourcing products and software, requesting and comparing quotations
Place orders via e-mail, websites
Generate and track purchase orders, monitor the order reports and delivery dates, provide support, and resolve issues as they arise
Managing various administrative tasks during the procurement process, recording necessary information into the Jira tickets, record orders into the SAP system, filling out excel tables and reports
Support supplier evaluation
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards
Check / request inbound invoices
Handle and process incoming goods
Handle complaints regarding incoming goods
