About the Role
- Ensures that all Business Processes are documented in the same format/structure, presented in an easily digestible format, and are readily available to all users.
- Reviews current documentation and best practices.
- Highlight gaps and agree on the next steps/timings to document all Business Processes.
- Agrees on format and structure for all Business Process Documentation.
- Pilot/Road Test documentation with end-users to ensure information is fit for purpose.
- Supports new proces/s with 'as is' and 'to be' documentation.
- Reviews and advises on resource requirements.
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
- Related Work Experience - At least 1 year of experience as a Process Expert.
