About the Role

  • Ensures that all Business Processes are documented in the same format/structure, presented in an easily digestible format, and are readily available to all users.
  • Reviews current documentation and best practices.
  • Highlight gaps and agree on the next steps/timings to document all Business Processes.
  • Agrees on format and structure for all Business Process Documentation.
  • Pilot/Road Test documentation with end-users to ensure information is fit for purpose.
  • Supports new proces/s with 'as is' and 'to be' documentation.
  • Reviews and advises on resource requirements.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
