Process Technician (12-hour Shift)

Location : Jurong Island

Working Hours: 12 hour shift

Salary Package : Base Salary + AWS + Fixed Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Follow instructions to safely operate equipment, manage site services, and handle vehicle loading/unloading.
• Organize work, prepare for shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Make routine operational decisions according to established procedures. Consult manager or team leader for non-routine situations.
• Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others.
• Share ideas to improve safety and efficiency and work with others to implement changes.
• Perform maintenance and conduct testing.
• Identify and respond to emergency situations, following established procedures. May assist with site emergency response outside of regular hours.
• Train and guide new employees.
