About the Role
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for quality control throughout the entire process of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements;
2. Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and related quality documentation systems;
3. Apply quality tools (e.g., QC seven tools) to perform problem analysis, drive abnormality closure, and promote continuous improvement;
4. Monitor key quality KPIs, conduct data analysis, and formulate improvement measures;
5. Participate in the validation of new products, new processes, and new materials introductions to ensure stable mass production quality;
6. Collaborate with production, process, equipment, and other departments to advance quality improvement projects and resolve on-site issues.
