PROCESS / POLICY FRAMING Manager

5+ years (AM) / 8+ years (Manager–SM) in policy development, data governance, compliance, or enterprise process management.

Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC data protection and privacy regulations (PDPL, DIFC, ADGM).

Experience designing policy frameworks for data, AI, or technology programmes in large enterprises.

Excellent technical writing skills: ability to produce clear, concise, and legally sound policy documents.

Facilitation and workshop design skills; experience managing multi-stakeholder review and approval processes.

Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN notation) and document management platforms.
