Process Operator

Position Overview

Process Operator at our HUB500 metals recycling / Hydrometallurgy plant will report to the Operations Shift Supervisor. The position will perform daily, weekly, and hourly activities and Preventative Maintenance checks required to operate the plant, and maintain a highly reliable, tour‑ready facility. Responsibilities include:

• Process sampling and testing
• Tracking of measurements on a control chart
• Reporting downtime
• Covering for other operators’ breaks
• Cleaning and painting throughout the facility

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who supports trust, teamwork, performance, quality, and safety in the operation.
