Join us on an exciting journey with IWS and become an integral part of our operations as a Process Lead reporting directly to the Line Lead. As a Process Lead, you will be the technical expert on the line, responsible for eliminating process losses, standardising equipment and work practices, and coaching teams to operate at their best. You’ll work closely with the Shift Engineers, Operators, Quality, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, coaching others, and making a real operational impact.
