Process Industrialization Leader

GE Vernova Services Singapore is seeking a Process Industrialization Leader to lead engineering teams supporting special processes within repair operations. In this role, you will lead teams across assigned Special Processes such as Joining & Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Automation & Metrology, driving process industrialization, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes.
