Process Improvement Expert

The Process Improvement Expert will critically evaluate current Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies: spanning Agile, traditional Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce administrative overhead. Operating at the intersection of technology delivery, risk management, and strategic PMO, the successful candidate will transform stakeholder feedback into measurable structural enhancements. A key focus will be maintaining uncompromising adherence to regulatory standards while exploring modern capabilities, such as automated workfl ows and advanced project management tools, to future-proof the organization's delivery capabilities.
