Position: Process Improvement Engineer (Soft Equipment – Bags)
Location: Vietnam (with regular factory visits in Thai Binh, Tra Vinh)
Mission Overview
You will be responsible for developing supplier expertise to produce high-quality products with short lead times and competitive costs. The role focuses on driving factory efficiency and competitiveness by combining Lean methodologies, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiency Management: Optimize mass production processes (e.g., process to cost, transition from sewing to semi/automation) to boost productivity, especially for strategic models.
- Efficiency Roadmap: Lead the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma frameworks across production phases.
- Waste Elimination: Identify and execute actions to remove production waste.
