Process Expert Manager
What this role is about?
Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support delivery of assigned project activities.
In this role you’ll be a point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinate with other IT teams required activities to secure achieving needs.
You will also provide expertise in application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance).
