About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of major project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
- Performance Management - Ensure that performance measurements are defined, implemented, monitored and reported to stakeholders in partnership with operations managers
- Process Excellence – Strategize continuous improvement projects using defined methodologies.
- Quality Compliance – manages service level compliance on quality and timeliness of service in collaboration with each workstream manager / team leads. Promotes regular reporting & CPI to ensure quality targets are met.
- Business Strategy – Assist CGS Leadership to deliver financial savings and strategic objectives through high profile project management, business analysis and change management
