Process Excellence Lead - Lean Six Sigma & Digital

TP is looking for a Process Excellence Manager based in Metro Manila, Pasay. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of process improvement experience and leadership skills to drive and enhance operational projects. The role includes analyzing data across departments, ensuring implementation of tactical direction, and mentoring team members.

Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) and experience in Travel or Logistics, with a deep understanding of data analytics and Six Sigma methodologies.
