Process Engineer

Job Description
Troubleshooting of production process and initiate process improvement activities.
Workclosely with Plant Manager to ensure smooth implementation of project(s) assigned.
Co-ordinatewith Plant Manager in the maintenance of respective plant equipment.
Ensure smooth and safe operation in Plant operations.
Training of operational staff.
Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm.
Initiate and recommend improvement to plant process.
Plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors where necessary.
Assist the Plant Manager to re-verify the integrity after the maintenance of equipment.
Perform regular plant safety inspection.
Execute Deputy Factory Manager's instruction in the implementation of a special project.
Issue and approve the permit to work systems.
