Production Engineering
- Maximize efficiency of operation and machine utilization.
- Train Assistant Engineer/Production Technician to ensure that they are able to perform their job effectively.
- Monitor and minimize scrap rate and improve yield in the section.
- Ensure that proper and documented maintenance of machines and equipment used in production.
- Co‑ordinate with R&D in new product development.
- Standardize and document new process development and provide training to the staff.
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Maintain facilities to ensure equipment is in good and efficient working conditions.
- Make proposals for further improvement and implement it in production upon proposal.
