Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resources
Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
Work with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projects
Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators
Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)
Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
