Process engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform process design review and verification across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering stages. Prepare and review process design basis, philosophies, and engineering calculations. Review and verify Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P& IDs), and Heat & Material Balances (HMB). Review process datasheets, equipment lists, line lists, tie-in lists, fluid and load lists. Perform and review PSV relief load estimation and PSV sizing calculations. Review flare system calculations, knockout drum sizing, and associated hydraulics. Review pump, compressor, and rotating equipment process calculations including anti-surge and settle-out analyses. Review design of separators, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, and other process equipment. Perform hydraulic calculations and control valve sizing reviews. Interface with piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines during EPC execution. Participate in 3 D model revie...
