Process Engineer

The Process Engineering team is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving final assembly processes for electronic products.
The team works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure stable, capable, and efficient production lines.
A strong focus is placed on process robustness, failure prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The team plays a key role in supporting new product launches and sustaining serial production performance
What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:
Lead and execute Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and ensure effective implementation of control plans during serial production and new launches.
Develop, implement, optimize, and support final assembly processes, including automated and manual assembly, dispensing, and curing operations.
