- Planning and execution of process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
- Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes, including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
- Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
- Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
- Cross-functional collaboration with design, electronics, and software departments to optimally align machine processes with product requirements
- Creation and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications
