- Launch of mass production process
- Improving productivity after startup
Key Objectives of this Role
- Process design/method development/introduction of production equipment
- Consideration of process/construction method based on design input
- Creation of P-FMEA, Control Plan
- Production equipment concept planning and specification creation
- Negotiations with equipment manufacturers, ordering, and delivery date management
- Collaboration with technology center (India/Portugal)
- Launch of mass production process
- Try production using new equipment
