In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
Role and responsibilities
As a Process Engineer, youtaketechnical responsibility for definedlaserstructuring processes orsubprocesses in seriesproduction. Yourroleisfocused on process stability, continuousimprovement, and the reliable transfer of technologiesintomanufacturing. Specifically, thismeans:
Process ownership: Independently manage assigned laser structuring processes; support additional processes with senior engineers or line management.
Monitoring & CI: Monitor processes using Lean/Six Sigma (e.g. SPC) and drive KVP to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
