About the Role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and assessing process innovations.
- Recommends appropriate process conditions for current, new and improved products.
- Provides technical advice and assistance by conducting basic research, trouble shooting, consultation to suppliers, operations audit, evaluation of new technologies on dairy, fats & oils and general food technology.
- Establishes, maintains and continuously improves all process documentation, -reports, SOPs, technical standards.
- Responsible for the pilot plant for its safe and efficient operation including devt and enforcement of operation procedures, oversight of maintenance and reliabiity.
