Core Responsibilities
Lead and support process optimisation initiatives across cable manufacturing lines to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
Analyse production performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Develop, trial and validate machine settings, tooling requirements and material parameters for stable and capable processes.
Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and structured root‑cause investigations to resolve recurring process issues.
Collaborate with Production, Quality and R&D teams to introduce new products, materials and equipment into manufacturing.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, OPLs and control plans.
