Process design and review for new product drawings. MDM-master data creation. HKB creation and modification. Develop the assembly & lapping equipment and verification according the process requirement. Design and review assembly&lapping process fixtures& tools for new and current product. Check the status of fixtures&tools before the production order is issued. Collect and analyze production process problems, and provide related process solutions. Continuous improvement of product quality related issues. Cost saving through process improvement and project. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related. At least 5 years experience in Assembly & lapping process. Mechanical seal industrial experience and Project management experience is preferred.
