Process Engineer - 6 Months Contract

Job Title: Process Engineer

Type: Contract, Duration: 6 months, Location: Bedok, Singapore, Work Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)

• Develop and optimize processes for new packaging technology of SAW products.
• Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions.
• Define package requirements for new technology and customer requirements.
• Drive new technology transfer between development and production lines.
• Develop recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials, and tools/machine qualification and characterization.
• Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.
• Documentation management and understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) may be required.
