Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases to join our Finance and Control team for a temporary 1‑year contract, based at UPM Business Hub, Poland or Tampere, Finland.

What You Will Do

• Drive high‑quality and timely execution of the Fixed Assets and Leases process, taking full ownership of end‑to‑end delivery and ensuring accuracy of reported financial information.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and compliance of financial and management reporting, taking full ownership and accountability.
• Perform complex accounting tasks in this area, focusing especially on Fixed Assets and Leases.
• Contribute to projects and process development enhancing data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships to drive operational excellence.
