Problem Solving Manager

The Problem Solving Manager is responsible for leading and deploying the Problem Solving Strategy across the plant, ensuring the systematic resolution of complex, repetitive, and systemic issues related to quality, manufacturing, testing, and special processes. This position leads a team of technical specialists focused on stabilizing processes, eliminating root causes, preventing recurrence, and improving operational performance through structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis.

The role acts as a technical and strategic reference for cross-functional teams, supporting Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other plant functions in the resolution of critical production and quality issues.
