Private Label Specialist

The Private Label Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s private label product portfolio. The role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle — from market research, sourcing, product development, pricing, quality assurance, to launch and performance optimization — to drive margin growth, differentiation, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Identify product opportunities based on category trends, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking
• Define product specifications, positioning, packaging, and value proposition
• Lead product development timeline from ideation to commercialization

Vendor & Sourcing Management

• Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost efficiency and production capability
