About the Role
Location: Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours / Shift: 7×24 rotational shift support (primarily serving clients in China and Southeast Asia initially, with potential expansion to Europe and America clients later)
One week day shift,
One week evening shift, and
One week overnight shift.
• Schedule: One week of weekday shifts, one week of evening shifts, and one week of overnight shifts.
Night shift allowance: RM60 per shift E-hailing reimbursement for trips after 11pm
Language Requirement: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) for client communication; English is an advantage

Provide after-sales operation and maintenance support for private cloud products, covering routine service inspections, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, version updates, and related activities.
