Support hospital operating theatre coordination and insurance liaison to secure Letters of Guarantee (LOG) for surgeries in a private ENT clinic.

• Coordinate and list operation cases with hospital operating theatres to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation
• Liaise with insurance companies to obtain Letters of Guarantee (LOG) for patient surgeries, ensuring timely approval and documentation
• Communicate effectively with hospital and insurance stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate smooth surgery processes
• Maintain accurate records of operation cases and insurance correspondence to support clinic operations
