The role of a Privacy Counsel at Euronet involves supporting legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams by providing basic data protection and privacy guidance, under supervision, to help manage privacy risks and support business needs.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements in cooperation with local internal counsel, and support negotiations with third parties.
- Support EU Privacy Consultants in addressing local regulatory requirements and day‑to‑day compliance topics.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Data Privacy Notices and Cookie Notices for company websites and applications.
