As a Priority Advisor, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will guide clients from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring they achieve strong results while delivering a consistently high-quality experience. This role is heavily focused on driving retention and overall client success , making it ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident in managing client relationships end-to-end.
What the role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of 10 high value clients
- Full ownership from onboarding through to renewal
- Running onboarding calls and scheduled review calls once campaigns are live
- Proactively monitoring client activity daily and stepping in early where needed
