Printing Supervisor

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage the operations of Rotogravure printing machines during your
assigned shifts.
 Ensure that printing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to
company standards.
 Handle the supervision of the team, ensuring optimal performance during shifts.
 Maintain accurate records of production, including machine settings, job details, and
material consumption.
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing process to minimize downtime.
 Conduct quality control checks to ensure printed materials meet company and client
specifications.
 Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices in the printing area.
 Prepare reports on production metrics, such as machine performance, wastage, and other
relevant data.
